City of Phoenix

Phoenix is the capital city and the largest city in the Sate of Arizona.  Phoenix is also the 6th largest city in the U.S and is the anchor of the Phoenix metro area which is also know as the Valley of the Sun.  Phoenix is also the county seat of Maricopa County.  The City of Phoenix manages many departments and divisions with the city proper.
